Everything Is Right; Its Just Incomplete

A couple of months back, I was listening to Monika Volkmar’s podcast, “Movement Detectivery”. She was speaking with Helen Hall from PFM Movement Efficiency. It was a great conversation, and one phrase that has remained with me is when Helen said, “Everything is right; it's just incomplete.

I think one reason this resonated is that in physical contexts (and other contexts too), solutions are rarely addressed with a single approach. For example, your physical posture is multifaceted, highly individual, and often incomplete if only viewed through a single lens. With this in mind, I’m going to discuss posture from two perspectives: an applied neurology lens and an Anatomy in Motion/biomechanics perspective.

More to come.
