MOVEMENT
Movement is information. How your body appears at rest and in motion tells a story about why things feel the way they do.
I blend biomechanics, movement education, and performance coaching to help active humans understand how their bodies are loading and what to change first.
MOVEMENT SNAPSHOT
Tight on time and overwhelmed?
A focused, live movement session designed to help you better understand how your body currently organizes movement. We’ll explore a small number of movements relevant to you (for example, standing, walking, or sport-specific patterns). The goal is not to diagnose or “fix” anything, but to observe how your body currently loads and coordinates.
During the session, you’ll receive real-time feedback, simple movement experiments, and practical cues you can apply immediately.

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
No time to waste?
A detailed exploration of how your body organizes movement. In this 2-hour session, we look closely at posture, gait, injury history, and how your body currently loads during both daily movement and sport. The goal is to identify the key movement patterns that may be driving recurring discomfort, inefficiency, or performance limitations.
The Movement Assessment is best suited for people who want a structured understanding of how their body is organizing and are ready to explore those patterns in detail.
