ABOUT ME
I work at the intersection of movement, biomechanics, and performance - helping people operate with greater alignment, clarity, and intelligence.
I’m an Anatomy in Motion Certified Practitioner, CSIA Level 4 Alpine Ski Instructor and course examiner, continuous learner and bring an embodied lens to performance. My work integrates injury history, advanced movement assessment, and support to help people understand how patterns of rest, load, and adaptation shape physical outcomes.
My practice spans movement analysis, gait, embodied coaching and on-snow performance. My focus is simple: alignment in motion - helping people move and grow with less strain and more coherence.
“After working with Jay all summer and seeing the shifts we have made to a more functioning/performing body, I can’t wait to see how many people he can help! I would recommend Jay to anyone looking to move and feel better!”
